I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at SAP (Ciudad de Mexico) in Mar 2014
Interview
I got interviewed by 4 people including HR, the person I was going to report, his manager and a vertical industry Sales Manager in that order. The first two were really lame looking to fulfill a position but not really looking to support the role. The last person was more outgoing but at the end it was the person carrying the quota in the specific vertical. For me to accept the offer we agreed in having some time off to start and MBA program which I never received the support for.
