Very straight foward the inverview process. The manager was very honest about the expectations and we had a smooth conversation about the work life balance and job life. Very good overall.

Interview
The interview process had 1 HR , 2 Technical and 1 with the Director of North America's.
The HR interview was about 30 mins long. Had a discussion about the job and general questions.
Technical interview was about an hour long, had live coding , Code snippets was shown and they asked me to explain the code and also asked the answers after compilation of the code, was asked to write algorithm for finding right angled triangle and few sql questions

Interview
Brought to assessment Centre in Dublin office. First had an intro to the company, next given 4 scenarios about rolling out a project and we were split up into teams of 4. We had to pick the best option and present why it was the best. Then a multi choice questionnaire technical assessment. Straight forward generic questions about SQL, Java, HTML, CSS and cloud computing keywords ie SaaS and VPN (stands for and describe).
Finally we were called for an interview with two managers. It was very relaxed and we went through my whole CV. Asked a lot about what I knew of SAP and their products. (Do plenty of research).
