Interview

I gave interview for Strategy Manager two times at Rogers. First for the Connected Home team and the second time for Wireless Strategy & Planning. During the Connected Home interview, I cleared the HR round and had a great round with the hiring manager. After that, I was completely ghosted. I emailed the HR multiple times but received no reply and then emailed the hiring manager as well but also went in vain. The second time while interviewing for the Wireless team (different HR and different hiring manager), I cleared the HR round, hiring manager round with and then submitted a case study presentation on which I spent a good time of 5-6 hours. I received no acknowledgment and then suddenly, after 1 week, I receive a reply from the hiring manager, that they are going forward with an internal candidate and thanked me for the case study. I received no feedback on the case study. They have an extremely unfair process. If they were going to go ahead with an internal candidate, why did they even ask me to submit a case study? And if they did, I should have been given a proper feedback.

Interview

The interview process wasn't all that great. The standard set of questions recycled and asked in a rushed manner. A few questions asked in a particularly confusing way for which I could not see any logic. The interviewer was particularly cold and not interested.
