Interview

Pleasant. Standard feeler questions about experiences, why I chose to apply, what’s different about Rogers vs other similar job opening. Interviewer was super nice was able to answer all of my questions about the role. Scheduling etc. Not sure how else to fill in 40 words here

Interview

Nothing technical related. They are looking for someone that they can work with. But the recruitment process was confusing and misleading. The role description is nowhere near the actual job duties, and you don't know what role you are being hired for until one week before your final interview.

The Hiring Manager wasn't friendly and made it very difficult to speak, interrupting and throwing doubt on relevance of experiences. Also he kept asking very philosophical questions and then showing dissatisfaction. At the end of the interview he suddenly became very friendly and spoke about how Rogers is a perfect place for me to work.

Interview

Long, boring, too many steps lots of time wasted. The recruiter did not communicate with me when I asked questions but only when she needed something. Very bad process.

Had a phone interview which was about 10 min followed by a in person interview at the location where you’d be expected to go to and work. Standard interview that asked simple questions and a little role play of how you’d handle a call.
