Rogers has one of the best benefits packages I know of. The Toronto office has a gym inside the building, as well as dry cleaners and a Tim Hortons.
Only perk as an intern is discounted McDonalds' near the office - all perks require 6 months in office... not exactly ideal when the internship is only 4 months
