was a great company to work for. but seems like management switches every few years
Rogers stock, health benefits at part-time position, various packages to choose from. Dislike how some benefits renew in two years, but that's standard. There are some tuition programs. Gym and other third-party discounts!

Decent healthcare package, used to be better before Shaw acquisition, now the highest the premiums will cover for most things is 70%. No orthodontics for adults. Sick leave really depends on your manager, some are cool with just an email notice, some ask for a doctor's note. Max 3 days consecutive leave allowed before having to file for short-term disability. Employee discount program has also been axed since Shaw joined. You can typically keep your issued work phone after 3 years, but I doubt you'll want it. Impossible to get laptops, headsets or a mouse replaced, enjoy taping things together for well after a year your supposed replacement date. There are diversity groups, but they do little aside from hosting rah-rah support meetings - there are usually 1 woman and 1 person of color per management level, no First Nations or disability representation where it actually matters. Have pension matching up to 4% of your contributions, some discount on shares. Remote work really depends on your team, but is becoming increasingly rare, especially for sales.
