Improve leads by recording accurate information in terms of existing client base (existing services not shown) and new clients with no services (shows existing services for new customers). Promotions are also not available for all customers in leads so a means of verifying promotion availability for leads needs to be implemented.

I got the interview after attending an Open House event for Digital Jobs that were all open at Rogers. I made a couple of connections and contacts and kept in touch with a manager who was recruiting for a new team.
