I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (Less than a year)
Great Team, flexible work environment, good benefits, diverse and multicultural, lot of opportunity to grow with a variety of options to learn and develop professionally
Very large organisation with deep hierarchies, inefficiencies due to its size and teams working in different locations, conflict between old tenure employees and new young go getters.
Advice to Management
A flat hierarchy would increase efficiency. Reorganizing the team locations where associated teams can interact more would be beneficial to the overall results.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rogers Communications (Toronto, ON) in February-2017.
It was a brief phone interview with a few highlight questions related to my interest to the Blue Jays(Application to the Rogers Centre). After that, I chose to be direct and ask when we could meet in person and I received an in-person interview the next day. These questions were much of the same with a little caveat.
