I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, transparent management, work from home once a week.

    Cons

Since Rogers 3.0 (2014 structure), it's difficult to get projects done efficiently. CAPEX is now needed to get help from internal IT (they will charge your SCOA for every add on/request).

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! We trust you Joe.

    Pros

The ones that are great are really great (even the not-so-great were still pretty great), cool stations, amazing, kind, supportive and fun creative department. and director.

I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time

    Pros

Company is large, with a lot of different opportunities to move to different locations and departements. A lot of room for latteral growth as well.

    Cons

Very large company your work will be very concentrated to a certain aspect of the company. They require very specialized people.
-Far away from union station if commuting from go train it is a pain to take subway and walk
-takes a very long time to move up in the company due to its many levels in the organization.
-A lot of politics if you get involved.

    Advice to Management

Company should provide better training to employees, and listen to their suggestions as they can help improve. Rather than Directors at high level are very disconnected from the business.
