    Great compensation, great benefits, great financial results, etc. I'm a fan of the culture which is constantly evolving to improve employee satisfaction.

    Nothing atypical to a corporation as large as Rogers.

    Good pay if you work hard for it, heavily based on commission and ability so sell. Can be lucrative at times with consistent work ethic. Amazing freedom if you perform. flexible hours.

    Cons

    Milage policy has not changed in nearly 10 years. Benefits are not what they once were.
