I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great compensation, great benefits, great financial results, etc. I'm a fan of the culture which is constantly evolving to improve employee satisfaction.

Nothing atypical to a corporation as large as Rogers.

I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Benefits (Health, discounts etc.)
    8-hours shift
    CSR opportunities
    Bi-weekly payments
    Great people to work with
    Incentives

    Cons

Those joining the contact centre have to wait at least one year before being allowed to progress on to other roles. While the scope is big, one year can be too long a period.

I have been working at Rogers Communications part-time

    Pros

Amazing commission structure for a part time employee. Especially working at a high volume/traffic store, expect to make no less than about $30k ... part time

    Cons

The focus is too much on customer acquisition and less on customer retention.

    Advice to Management

Amazing manager and training program, no complaints.
