Straightforward. Use websites to prepare for questions and you will be fine. Interviewers friendly but did not seem very prepared. Jumped around quite a lot. Happy to give context to questions which helped in preparing answers.

Question 1
Recent project experience and how managed client expectations.
I interviewed for a position that's slightly out of my expertise. They took the time to understand why and was engaging to explain what the role requires. There were 3 of them.
Softball questions. Technical questions were nothing difficult and so weren't memorable. Interviews were more of a soft skills check than anything else. The decision was already made once my resume was seen.

Processo bastante estruturado e longo, com múltiplas etapas. Incluiu conversa inicial com Talent Acquisition, teste de inglês, entrevistas com liderança da prática e etapa final com apresentação de case presencial. As conversas foram bem conduzidas, com foco em experiência anterior, fit com consultoria, capacidade de delivery, visão comercial, geração de pipeline, transformação e construção de soluções para clientes. O processo exigiu preparação consistente e boa capacidade de estruturar problemas de negócio.
