Fue un proceso sencillo de 2 semanas, donde me hicieron 2 entrevistas y luego firme contracto. Luego llego el momento de hacer
Los analisis fue todo muy rápido. La entrevista fue muy sencillo y los que me entrevistaron fueron muy amables.

Me preguntaron conocimientos e idioma me hablaron en ingles
Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
The first interview was the initial screening call, followed by technical and behavioral interviews assessing skills, experience, and problem solving. Final round focuses on team fit, communication, and role expectations before decision.
