Interview
Interview has 3 rounds in total. First is techinal round in which they go through the resume and ask questions based on your resume. Second one is partner round where you will be interviewed by one of the partner. Here it depends on the interviewer on how they want to interact with you. To me it was more about skills. The interviewer has taken a particular skill and asked me where I’ve used that skill in real life and most questions were in that sort. To few of my friends they’ve asked some puzzles. The just wanted to analyze the problem solving ability. Third and final round is HR round. In this round they asked me about the company chairman and if I’m willing to work across anywhere in India.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
