I only had an interview with 2 Consultants. It lasted around 30 minutes. They asked general questions about my CV, tested my ESG knowledge, then I asked questions that I was curious about

Written test - 2 tasks 45 min total internet is allowed.
Followed by an interview with members from the ESG team. They may test your cantonese and mandarin abilities as well.
