Interview
My profile got shortlisted and I got interviewed by technical and HR team both but first time they didn't initiate offer. They again shortlisted me and this time the offer was released but in 1-2 months process. So, entire process became 8 months around for me during which I already had a switch to another company and had to reject the offer.
After this, HR tells me I can no longer be able to sit in any interviews with the company going forward. Dont know why to threaten someone.
Four rounds of interview, and first 3 of them are not difficult and fourth is bit difficult . Process is very smooth and there is huge gap in each interview

1. Coffee chat
2.Technical/ HR - It was a good technical interview with in-depth questions on your relevant experience. usually taken by Manager or senior Manager. For me Both were present in the interview.it went around for like 45 minutes to 1 hour.
3.HR- its basically a HR round for salary negotiations.

1. As i was from Oracle background, most of the questions were related to Oracle integration cloud(OIC)

Very nicely framed, to the point and as per the job description. Everything felt good about this interview process. I would recommend people to read the job description for better approach.
