Very thorough interview process! Made it all tje way up to the partners. Due to the economy and recession, I didn’t move to getting an offer. It did allow me to personally see how the recruitment process worked.
one normal interview online with one person, then a technical interview where they gave you a laptop and had to complete their exercise and explain your thought process, and a last in person interview with the head
