Interview
Quite common and direct interview on problem solving activities related to the future job tasks. I was first tested on my English skills, then on my reasoning skills and then on aptitude. My suggestion is to keep being yourself. You cannot really pretend to be different from what you are for long, therefore I made clear who I was, what I was able to do and to learn to do. I think this aptitude was appreciated.

Which impacts would you consider if you were assessing the construction of a port?
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
