Interview
Hiring process consists of 3 stages. 1st you should do the online test to demonstrate mathematical and logical thinking. 2nd, if you pass you are invited to assessment (which lasts one day). During the assessment you pass again a similar online test and then you have a team case study. The case study is divided into 2 parts - English and then Czech communication. During case study try to be more active and offer solutions, does not need to be correct (but non sense is also not welcomed). Listen to team members and if not agreeing to an opinion, say it up and provide arguments. Communication is main evaluation criteria for being selected.

Business case was not a bit messed up, and due to lack of time...a lot of information is missed. Try focusing on main points only and omit to much detailing.
lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.

How would you approach identifying risks or material misstatements during an audit engagement?
Final interview: was prepped by an early careers team member on a video call before hand. Interview was with a director or partner. Asked about how i expect to progress and why i want to work for the firm.
