Interview
I think it's kind of a mental strength game with the interviewer. The interviewer was being harsh and rude to me. Everything I said was not the answer he wanted. I guess if you survive the game and you will get the offer. Another thing to mention, the interviewer was unaware of the position I was applying. He thought I was applying as a permanent, he felt like it was a waste of time for him to interview interns.
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
