Online inschrijven dmv uploaden van CV en persoonlijke gegevens. Vervolgens 2 online testjes zodat HR zicht krijgt op inzicht van kandidaat en rekenkundige vaardigheden. Nadien wordt je gecontacteerd met al dan niet uitnodiging voor 'assessment day'.

There’s no HR. Two to three coworkers in Audit-Team will interview you (so no problem-solving questions). Highly related experiences require, which is hard for a student first apply for an internship.

L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.
Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
