Nel caso i manager diretti non siano direttamente negli uffici su cui si è inseriti, potrebbe essercene un terzo conoscitivo con i manager presenti nella fede di riferimento.

Il colloquio è articolato in tre step: chiamata da parte dell'hr per fissare il colloquio, colloquio conoscitivo in cui chiedono la tua esperienza lavorativa, i tuoi studi e se questo ha esito positivo c'è il colloquio tecnico.
