Interview
4 Monate nach der Bewerbung erhielt ich die Einladung zu einem VG. Ich hatte zwei Termine in Luxembourg bei PWC. Die Gespräche wurden mit einem Partner und einem Senior Consultant geführt. Anschließend erfolgte ein Gespräch mit der Personalerin. Das Gespräch mit dem Partner wurde erst auf Französisch, dann in Englisch und später in Deutsch geführt. Dabei wurde eine Case-Study durchgesprochen. Das Gespräch mit dem Senior erfolgte in ähnlicher Weise. Was mich schon erstaunt hat, mit welcher Arroganz und Gleichgültigkeit einem begegnet wird. Die Zu/Absage sollte in zwei Wochen erfolgen. Nach 4 Wochen immer noch keine Antwort. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde eine Standardabsage abgeschickt. In einem weiteren Telefonat bezüglich Nachfrage Reisekosten, wurde man mit einer solchen Arroganz abgewimmelt. "Man würde keine Fahrtkosten übernehmen, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Nur mit dem Zug oder Flugzeug würden Fahrtkosten übernommen werden." Außerdem wurde mir gesagt, Sie hätten ja keine Beweise, dass ich da gewesen wäre. 2 Vorstellungsgespräche vor Ort mit Partner, Senior und HR gehabt mit Einfahrt in Tiefgarage und dann wird einem so etwas kommuniziert. Traurig. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir versprochen, dass Sie sich nochmal melden würden mit den Fahrtkosten. Erst auf Nachfrage meinerseits eine weitere arrogante Absage. Ich nachhinein bin ich froh, dass ich keine Zusage bekommen habe. Wenn im Nachgang einer Bewerbung so mit den Bewerbern umgegangen wird. Ich hatte mich dort trotz schlechtem Ruf der BIG4 beworben, weil ich mir selbst ein Bild machen wollte. Leider hat sich dieses negative Bild bestätigt.

The process included an assessment, an HR interview, two presentations, and a final interview with the director. It was lengthy and exhausting, with the HR interview feeling particularly unproductive. All of this effort was for a role offering a low salary and demanding working hours that left no room for work-life balance.

Interview
Very straightforward it was a phone interview then an in person interview. They were kind and personable. No complaints and they even made lighthearted jokes to lighten my nerves. They started by asking me questions about myself and then my background etc and whether I’d be a good fit for the company based on what they had previously told me about their work culture.
