Interview
Someone from HR called me on the phone 3,5 weeks after I applied, and they told me that this phone interview is the first step of the interview process. The call took about 15 minutes, they asked me basic questions, and told me that I would get a reply in a few days if they want to invite me for the next round or not. In the meantime I received another offer that I accepted, and they called me on the phone a few days later to invite me for a personal interview, but I declined the opportunity.

Question 1
They asked me for my motivation, what I know about the company, why I applied for this position, what is my salary expectation, if I have received any other offers already, and how I will decide which offer to take.

The process included an assessment, an HR interview, two presentations, and a final interview with the director. It was lengthy and exhausting, with the HR interview feeling particularly unproductive. All of this effort was for a role offering a low salary and demanding working hours that left no room for work-life balance.

Interview
Very straightforward it was a phone interview then an in person interview. They were kind and personable. No complaints and they even made lighthearted jokes to lighten my nerves. They started by asking me questions about myself and then my background etc and whether I’d be a good fit for the company based on what they had previously told me about their work culture.
