Interview
Fully behavioral, no surprise. There is an initial screening to see if candidate checks all the boxes, and then two back-to-back 30-minute interviews. Questions were straightforward, asking about anecdotal experieces.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.
