I applied through university. I interviewed at Protiviti in Oct 2023
Interview
There was a primary application, and then followed a behavioral and case interview. For the case interview, you were given the case around 24 hours prior- and then the questions were told to you during the interview.

Question 1
Questions differed per case that you received, as soon as you get the case just start prepping possible questions right away
Started with a phone screening to confirm some things on my resume and my interest in the role. Then had a back-to-back 30-min case study and 30-min behavioral interview. Case study was straightforward and provided 24hrs in advance. Interviewer asked me to identify problems in the hypothetical client's process. Behavioral was very laid-back, more about getting to know me as a person. Interviewer asked a couple questions about my resume but gave me an equal amount of time to ask him questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Chicago, IL)
Interview
one call, a few behavioral questions, then a case with another recruiter. flowchart of business process emailed 1-2 ahead of interview for your review, then you are given the case in the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Houston, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
Pretty easy. Two interviews one was technical and the other was more behavioral. Nothing difficult I would recommend studying some and doing research on the company and position. They email you the information needed for the technical interview a day before.
