The entire process from sending in the application to doing interviews and receiving an offer was around 7 weeks. 3 interviews total: phone, behavioral, and case study. The phone interview was 20 mins & very straightforward: why Protiviti, my professional experience, etc. The behavioral and case study interviews were conducted about a month after I applied. They were through Zoom, on the same day, back-to-back, each 30 mins long. I found the behavioral interview to be a little tricky as lots of the questions were similar and I was concerned about coming up with answers on the spot that didn't recycle my past anecdotes. Just be prepared for similar questions, i.e. a challenge you faced, a time you failed, a dispute/difficulty you've had. Case study was fair and they send you some important info about it the day before which will help you prepare. All 3 interviewers were very personable, kind, and easy to talk to. Really positive interview experience overall.

2 30 min interviews, one behavioral, one case. Behavioral was pretty conversational, case was simple since it was given beforehand. Do your research about the case and present solutions that are unique.
