One phone call and two or three video interviews. Everyone is very friendly and open, not too uncomfortable. You should have some idea of what solution or field you would be interested in going into.

Met a recruiter during an on campus career fair. After meeting with the recruiter I followed up with emails and kept contact until I was offered an interview. On campus interview included a case and after this interview I was flown out for a secondary office interview.
