Interview
First round interview was with two different directing managers, one with behavioral questions and one with a small case study with questions related to what you'd do and how you'd interact with a client.
Second round was a super day at the office, involved interacting with several consultants and senior consultants, with the goal of understanding career goals, qualifications, and answering personal questions about the company to see how you'd fit in in the environment.
Overall a very positive experience, with low pressure interactions, friendly and understanding individuals, and a clear mission to make sure that not only will the company benefit from you but that you'll excel in the consulting environment.

Walk me through how you would approach this process flow.
Standard behavior and case study interview. It was very conversational and informative on the company. The case study was not too difficult, I think they just want to see your train of thought and how you think.
HR interview screened a lot of ppl away. It is used to see how dedicated you are to the industry
Interesting case interview. Can be prepared well by asking AI to prepare case studies for you.
One-one interview with MD was more about knowing you as a person.

Contattato tramite una agenzia del lavoro, è stato fatto un primo colloquio con loro, poi un secondo colloquio conoscitivo con Protiviti.
Dopo aver passato entrambi, ci è stato erogato un mese di corsi (academy) che avevano un po' la funzione di colloquio tecnico (abbiamo dovuto fare dei progettini da presentare ai tecnici dell'azienda, ma eravamo accompagnati dai nostri insegnanti). Tutto molto tranquillo, nulla di difficile.
