Was recruited through campus/university recruiting. The process took about 2 weeks. There is one 30-minute behavioral interview and one 30-minute case study interview where you are given a situation and business process and need to analyze it to your interviewer as a consultant.

Question 1
They give you a business process case study a couple days before to analyze and be able to talk about in the interview. Make sure you do your research, they ask you to pattern match and fill holes in where needed. (i.e. where you would add an IT system). They will ask about your Plan B and Plan C, and what members of what departments you would call upon to complete your solution.

Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
