Interview
30 minute behavioral interview, 30 minute case study. Behavioral was very straightforward. Case study materials were given the night before, then a second paper was given during the interview. Given 5 minutes to prepare during the interview, then presented case study materials. Make sure to still include analysis from initial material the night before.

What's one thing you expected me to ask that I didn't
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical
Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
