Primus Partners Software Engineer interview questions

I recently went through the interview process with Primus Partners, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, the entire process dragged on for over two months, which was incredibly frustrating. There was hardly any communication from their end, leaving me in the dark about the progress of my application. After successfully completing the HR round, I expected things to move forward smoothly. However, it took them an additional month just to release the offer. Their excuse for the delay was that the concerned person was frequently traveling, which seemed like a weak justification for such an extended wait. The lack of communication and transparency during this process made it hard to maintain a positive impression of Primus Partners. It felt like they were not serious about hiring the right candidate. Unfortunately, due to the lengthy delay and the unimpressive handling of the recruitment process, I decided to decline the offer when it finally arrived. As an applicant, I expect a more efficient and professional approach from a reputable company like Primus Partners. I hope they take this feedback constructively and improve their hiring process to offer a better experience to future candidates.
