I had a phone interview where VP of Technology in Mail Services in Dec, then face to face in Jan when I spoke with 5 people in one day and then I still have another round with 2 more people. The interview was not that tough. Basically they give you scenarios of how you manage a project and how do you get past issues and conflicts when leading multiple projects in a AGILE environment. This group was really the PSI group (presort mail) and the the executive team was very nice to talk to. They also test your technical skills on Microsoft because they expect this position to architect (no hands coding though) and give direction to their developers.
