Interview
Went to the job fair and was contacted after one weeks. Attended the "Perficient Day" which is a day-long program, including introduction of Perficient and 3 interviews. We have a casual lunch and you can ask question during lunch time, also you can talk with other employees here which is nice.
For the three interviews, we have one pure-tech interview, another two is more experience-based interview. The pure-tech interview is very easy, as long as you know some basic stuff about your stuff, you are good to go. The most intensive interview were the two experience-based interview. One is testing your personality, one is for your technical background.
Touch interview questions ranging from technical to subject matter details. Domain knowledge is the key along with specific details. Its best to think through before answering. Prepare with special attention to articulating the conversation.

Interview
First Hr call then second technical interview and 3 round will be managers and hr round. In technical round the ask me all stuff mentioned in my resume also ask about my technical skill set.
