I applied in-person. I interviewed at Percipere (Pune)
Interview
I went through technical rounds where I was asked in-depth questions about the SAP modules I had worked on. They also gave me scenario-based problems to solve, which tested my practical knowledge and approach. After that, there was a discussion on how I handled real-time issues and integrated different modules. The final round was with HR, where they evaluated my communication skills, cultural fit and expection

Question 1
They asked me to explain a challenging issue I faced in an SAP project and how I resolved it, focusing on both technical steps and stakeholder communication.
3 Completely agree. Life happens, and career paths aren't always a straight line. A gap shouldn't overshadow someone's dedication, resilience, or the valuable skills they bring. Taking time for family or personal responsibilities doesn't mean losing professional potential. In fact, it often strengthens it. When a candidate has made the effort to stay updated and is ready to dive back in, they deserve to be seen for their abilities, not a period they chose to invest elsewhere
