      3 Completely agree. Life happens, and career paths aren't always a straight line. A gap shouldn't overshadow someone's dedication, resilience, or the valuable skills they bring. Taking time for family or personal responsibilities doesn't mean losing professional potential. In fact, it often strengthens it. When a candidate has made the effort to stay updated and is ready to dive back in, they deserve to be seen for their abilities, not a period they chose to invest elsewhere
