Interview
One phone interview with employee in Edmonton then I was forwarded for a face to face with the Richmond office. Horrible experience. Was told there would be follow-up and I received zero follow up on the status of my application even after I followed up with the interviewer directly. This alone has put a bad taste in my mouth about the company.
PCL Construction's interview process was thorough and professional, providing a clear insight into the company's values and expectations. Communication was prompt, and the experience was overall positive and engaging. It was a very thorough process.
