I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Boston, MA) in Mar 2015
Interview
One brief phone interview, followed by two 30 minute interviews. Mainly questions about why you want to work there and why you would be a good fit. No hard questions. Overall a good experience. Mainly depends on who you get as an interviewer and how well you two click. Wasn't the hardest interview I've had before, but wasn't the easiest either.
Oracle hosted an On-campus interview at my University after a career fair. This was followed by a phone screen from another member of the Oracle team. Both conversations focused on behavioral interview questions.

Interview
Two phone interviews so far, waiting to do my last one. I applied through a career fair on campus and the first was with a recruiter and the second a manager. They were both pretty laid back, nothing unexpected.
