I applied through university. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Did one phone interview and then two back to back in person interviews! Honestly pretty simple. The phone interview was very casual, and the in person ones kind of varied depending on the interviewer. My first guy was pretty tough, but my second one was a easy conversation. We barely talked about the job. I think it's key to be personable--after all, that's what the job is about. If you can sell yourself to the interviewer, you can sell to a customer.
