I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle
Interview
Applied for one position, but recruiter steered me to a different one where I wasn't as strong. I was assured that I was put in for both positions. Interview was setup with someone who would have been my subordinate who had also applied for the job. The interview was straightforward and I was able to answer all of the questions. I don't know how it's possible for the process to be subjective. Was turned down for the second position and informed that the first was no longer available.
