The interview process for the Oracle PM internship was straightforward and entirely behavioral. It focused on teamwork, communication, handling ambiguity, and past experiences leading projects or solving problems. No technical questions, just conversations assessing fit and motivation.
It was simple. They wanted to know my skill level with Java and other programming languages. Unfortunately I didn’t move on the next round. I was told I would hear something back but I had to reach out several times to get feedback.
first was a phone call with HR, then there was the hiring manager interview, and then there was a back to back final round. overall very smooth process lasting about one month
