I had 2 interviews, first with HR and then with Hiring Manager. after that, I got the offer in one week maximum. I had a background check after accepting the offer which lasted for almost 3 weeks

They asked general questions about my experience, my background, the hiring manager was interested more about my attitude towards solving problems. It was a very human interview, without stupid questions

Written Assessment including quantitative aptitude, verbal reasoning and personal interview(1-2 rounds) number of rounds depends in the recruiters interest or the number of people attending the interview. The will not say anything about the no.of rounds until the day of the interview
