The job based in Cork. first call from HR UK. talking about my previous role and how it fills the new one. second one onsite with manager and another one just to test your language , just talk with another team member

Kept getting emails from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview, but over the course of two weeks we couldn't ever find a time because she would email me back days later saying none of those times worked, and then eventually I got an email that the position was filled. She still emailed me back after saying she was going to get back to me, but all I ever got was a notice that they had cancelled the position. Not sure what that was all about, but I felt like I was in a scene from the novel Edna's Employment Agency. Maybe H. R. just needs stuff to do because there's not enough work around so they email candidates randomly to fill up time, but I don't think I'll be answering another email from them because I don't want to work for boneheads.

Interview
Fairly straightforward process, I applied adn received a request to speak on the phone within two weeks. Had 4 rounds of interviews over the next 5 weeks. the recruiter, 2 sales associates and 1 manager. Recieved an offer 1 week later.
