I applied Online, then had a phone screening a week later. We scheduled an in person interview. I had an interview with my department manager, I was asked if I had time to meet our general manager, for a second more in-depth interview of my skills, goals attitude to become part of the Nordstrom family

Discuss a time you had to resolve a difficult customer issue
how do you feel about multitasking
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
