Interview
An in depth video interview online to be followed by an in person interview at their on site offices. Very personable conversation with questions directed at the applicant very much mirroring the video interview . They need full availability in order for full access scheduling mornings, afternoons and evenings so that they can freely schedule store coverage. I had only partial availability otherwise I would have likely been offered. Prior sales experience is preferred but not necessarily required.

They asked about a time when I pleased someone and went beyond expectations.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
