I had been interviewed three times to get aceppted for this position, the first time I remembered the first interview I had to talk about myself and my plans for my future, the second interview was about my previous experience as a seller and the last one was about a role play when I had to performed a seller.

Question 1
What are your hobbies? What was the most difficult situation about a costumer? I have some troubles to find my package, could you tell me where is it and give me a solution?
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
