Phone interview, one on one interview with the department manager then on the same day I interviewed with the store manager who asked me pretty much the same questions, if everything looks good the will continue with the background check which takes a few days or maybe a week , then you get the job offer phone call

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
