I applied online , 3 weeks or so later I got a phone interview . It was about 10 minutes long , basically she asked the normal questions .. Why nordstrom ? Etc. She offered me a 1:1 interview & I was told to come in for the interview on Thursday 18th , I hang up look at the calendar & realize that Thursday was the 17th.. The next day she called me and apologized for the misunderstanding and clarified everything . She also warned me that it might be a group interview. I was a little bit skeptical about that , but I decided to go anyways .. Oh they also told me where to go in the store & wait for some one to go get me . So basically it was a group interview mean it was a room with multiple tables , one table per interviewee , the manager of which department you applied for interviewed you . Which was not bad at all & the interview was legit 20 minutes long
