Interview
I applied online, got an invite for a phone interview a week later. This was my first interview so I researched some phone interview questions. I made an appointment and got a call from the HR. It was a very relaxed phone interview that took only about 5 minutes or so. I was then asked to come in for a 1:1 interview a few days later. I came prepared with a resume and my availability. I met with the HR assistant in a small private room. Again the interview was very relaxed.

How do you feel about what working in a diverse company?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
