Interview
The General Manager interviewed me first and then the pastry chef did. She asked me typical interview questions and told me about the restaurant. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns for her. The pastry chef then interviewed me and asked me a few questions and then said he would get back with me in the next coupling days.

It was casual, pretty straightforward. It was for a host position at the restaurant they had within the store. It was conversional then formal, chatted about passed experience and discussed what the role would entail

Interview
You will be contacted and told a time to come. When you get there they will sit you down and you will have to wait for at least 30 minutes before someone in management comes to talk to you. When someone finally comes over you you spend a few minutes going over why you want to work there and they tell you all this BS about being a team. Then, someone else will come interview you and ask the exact same questions. When that person is done they will let you sit there for 30 minutes before one of them comes back and says we will get in contact.
