Phone interview to start. Then they bring you in for an in person interview. If they like you from there they have you come in for a shadow. During the shadow they show you all of the different areas a Sales Support Associate might work in for the day. Basically to give you a better understanding of exactly how the job works day-to-day.
1 day, in person 30 minute group interview with department manager. 4 interviewees, each rotated answering questions about why we wanted to work there, tell me about a time when questions, etc

Interview
I found the job posting on a Facebook community page, contacted the HR representative, and had an in person interview set up a week later. The questions were straight forward, and my interviewer was really engaging and wanted to know about my life and experience, as well as share his and explain more about the company's mission statement.
