I found the job posting on a Facebook community page, contacted the HR representative, and had an in person interview set up a week later. The questions were straight forward, and my interviewer was really engaging and wanted to know about my life and experience, as well as share his and explain more about the company's mission statement.
1 day, in person 30 minute group interview with department manager. 4 interviewees, each rotated answering questions about why we wanted to work there, tell me about a time when questions, etc
