Submitted my application online. The next day I got an email to set up a phone interview. was asked questions about my past retail experience. Invited to in person interview. Saw the HR lady from the phone interview and she asked similar, if not the same questions from the phone interview. Then she got the department manager and she interviewed me and then took me on the floor to role play. Thought I did okay, but never got a call back.

Question 1
Explain a time when you dealt with a difficult customer.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
