Applied online. HR called me a couple of days later for a phone interview. Then I was called in for a 1:1 interview with HR. Next, I have an interview with the department manager of Men's shoes (tomorrow).

2. Tell me of a time when you went above and beyond for a customer?
3. How do you prioritize your goals?
4. Tell me of a time when you were forced to deal with something challenging at work.

Question 1
What would you do if you were called on to take care of a person looking for an "event shoe"?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
