It was simple and very interesting. Everything was related to the current job and more focused on how confidently you answer to the questions asked. It was a great experience and gained a lot of knowledge through each interview process

Group discussion for 10+ years for scrum master role. Please think about this process. I don't this works where people are shouting and trying to prove themselves. A face to face discussion with candidates must be done for this experience level.
